We just did this, and have two costumes (or one pants and distressed jacket and one pair of dress pants) for 24 inch construction platform stilts, however size matters. I will have to look at the size of the costumes, but I think the actor was a men's 38 or 40. I'm happy to loan them for the cost of the shipping if they work, but they weren't difficult to construct, either, if you have anyone who can sew. We started with a regular pair of pants, tore out the inseams and added material to accommodate the stilts, and then added the needed length. I can give more information if it is helpful.
