Some years back I created a prop inventory system and rental web site for a theatre, including photos, and the same general idea would work for costumes.

We are preparing to organize our costume closet of over 300 costumes and would love to know methods or computer programs you have used to accomplish this. Currently they are roughly divided into men's and women's and time periods with the exception of things like generic vests and skirts. I would love to get photos taken and put into a data base that different directors could access. So far the only program I have found lets me save to only one computer and not to a server base. Any ideas are welcome.
