We are strongly considering FOOTLOOSE for our musical next year. For anybody who has done it recently, I have two questions:
1) For our pit, we use the symphony orchestra, augmented with any additional needs. The orchestration provided has reed parts, but no brass or strings. Does anybody have or know of any arrangements that include that instrumentation?
2) What's the price like? We are doing OKLAHOMA now, and it seems that since R&H lost the ALW musicals, their prices spiked. OKLAHOMA cost *three* times as much as the other musicals we are doing this year.
