I like having them create a fully functional scene without using any form of verbal communication. It really forces them to focus on each other and what is happening in the scene. It's a lot of fun and can lead to some intense silliness (depending on the kids involved) but it always helps with the reality of the physical scene and helps create a better understanding of the motivations for the characters to say those particular lines.
