It's hard to find new plays that will work for a particular group. There is an interesting futuristic play called
The Giver by Lois Lowry in which a young man faces choice for the first time. Or, on a more serious (and traditional) side is there an adaptation of
Twelve Angry Men that would work for your group?
12 Angry Jurors, I think it's called? Another play that might work for your group is
Sniper by Bonnie Culver which examines the events leading up to the first school shooting. Also,
Jake Revolver, Freelance Secret Agent by Matthew Konkle s a radio-noir murder mystery with doubling possible.
Good luck. I hope you find a great show!
Cheers,
Jean

I'm looking for a full-length play for 2-3 girls and 6-7 boys. We don't have to do typical middle school play. I've done a lot of mysteries, melodramas and comedies but trying to find a new one after 35 years is tough. Thoughts?
