Attached is the scene shop safety poster I've used for years (not that I'm a set person, but when managing a theatre one is responsible for all areas). Great idea for a blog post!
Note that it's a "workshop" safety poster, and includes the costume shop - a hazardous area somewhat neglected (as Sleeping Beauty will attest to).
I've left it in Word and there's a space at the top for a school logo in case anyone reading this would like to adapt it (every theatre is different), and adopt it, for their own use.

Subject: Scene shop rules?
I'm preparing a series of pieces for my blog on "the scene shop:" workflow, layout, tools, and so forth, and it occurred to me that a post on suggested rules might be good to include. This would be on things like hours of operation, allowable clothing, and so on, to be posted right in the shop.
Do any of you have such a list of rules you'd care to share? I've seen a number of these and have a good idea of what to include, but can always see another approach.
