There is a good scene in the first act of She Stoops to Conquer between Kate Hardcastle and Constance Neville.  I have done it in class.

Not exactly Comedy of Manners, but you should still be able to explore the style nicely in the Celimene/Arsonoe "catfight" scene from The Misanthrope.
