We used old school fishing line attached to our hands with lines offstage. Our clock was dead hung and present in all the scenes. I will see if I can find a photo later.
The time changed subtly throughout the whole show.

Our show goes up in February and I need design ideas for Cinderella. We have a dead hung system so flies are not an option. Is there a way to rear projection or the mechanical suggestion for making the clock function.
