We are in the process of building a new school, but I was notified that the auditorium will not be complete until Christmas.  I am forced to teach Theatre Tech from a classroom.  Does anyone have suggestions of DVD programs/Text books or websites you have utilized?

Perhaps we can better help you if you let us know what topics you typically cover. There is a lot you can do by bringing in certain show and tell type items to class for students to try out. Hopefully you can work with a community partner to take them on a very detailed tour of a near by theatre so they can see things in person.

You might want to reach out to Theatrefolk, they took over the interactive educational video series distribution from Bob and Marty Fowler, they have supported the ITS and EDTA for years

There was just recently a discussion about teaching tech without a space.  I think it was this one: theater Production Class

Just saw this but I have some basic projects in a variety of technical areas created that I use regularly.  If you're still looking for things, shoot me and email and I can share some with you that you're welcome to use if you want.
