We just did the show and I found a brightly colored argyle and matching argyle socks on Amazon. A little pricey or a single costume item, but worth the laugh.
For the popcorn stitch golf golf club covers, I found popcorn stitch mittens in various colors at the thrift shop during the winter, pulled the thumb to the inside and pulled them over the heads of the golf clubs.
We we were on a radiation all proscenium stage with some distance from the audience, so it worked.
