    Hello all... and Happy Spring!  Just inquiring who out there has produced "A Christmas Carol" (play; not musical) before, and, if so, which adaptation you used (Jakes vs Mortimer vs Ludlum vs Patch.... etc. etc,). Thanks for any and all input!

    We used the Romulus Linney adaptation, available from Dramatists Play Service. It's excellent, true to the novel, and has lots of possibilities for flexible casting.
