Hello Cheri,
Please allow this post to introduce myself. I am Kim Rogers, Vice President of Amateur Licensing for Concord Theatricals and serve on the National Board of Trustees for EdTA's Educational Theatre Foundation.
We understand and appreciate your issues with order processing as we integrate the personnel and varied systems from R&H Theatricals, Tams Witmark, The Musical Company, and Samuel French.
Naturally it's in all of our interests to make the licensing process as smooth and efficient as possible, and keeping our customers satisfied and returning is a top priority.
We've spent this year planning and preparing for the launch of our new website and consolidated licensing system, scheduled for this Fall, which will significantly automate the amateur licensing process that has been manual at some of our constituent companies. We look forward to being able to serve you better very shortly.
In the meantime, if you have specific questions about your order, please email me at kim.rogers@concord.com. I will be delighted to assist in resolving your concerns.
Thank you,
Kim
