  • 1.  Rolling spotlights

    We have two portable rolling spotlights that we use for various productions. We often have to lift them onto boxes so that we can get above audience heads. Our "old" one has the ability to take off the wheels so that it doesn't roll. Our newer one does not....
    We want to make sure they don't roll off of the boxes....
    Is there anything out there that prevents this? Any homemade ideas?

    Create some simple brakes for them. I don't have a picture to show you but think of something on the ground that you can slide around the wheel that surrounds it on 3 sides so that is has to slide in around the wheel

    ​Good morning,

    Create 2x4 frames around the casters that the legs rest on. They just have to be tall enough that the caster is off the ground. We do this for our tool carts.
