    I'm curious if anyone else is having trouble ordering online from Playscripts?  I've  had to place my last orders by phone.

    Not exactly. I completed the order online, but the scripts haven't arrived yet...

    Are you paying by credit card or purchase order?  When I pay by credit card, I usually have no problem. The PO process is a bit different.  You have to print your invoice and make sure the PO has the invoice number on it, then fax or mail the PO.  Once you submit your on-line order, they give you 30 days to pay via PO.  Otherwise the order gets canceled and you have to start the process all over again.

    Yes, I've had the same problem.  They are very nice, but the website seems to be clunky.

    I did order that way twice, but I was curious to see if others had a problem.  Because I live on the West Coast, online would be much easier than trying to call by 3PM.  Do you keep track of how many people say that they tried to order online and were unsuccessful?

    I was using Mozilla Firefox and everything else on their site works for me except ordering a book.  After I ordered the books by phone, I got an e-mail from them telling me to use Mozilla Firefox (which is what I had used) and addressing me by the wrong name even though my order by phone and my e-mail address use my correct name.
