If you're having difficulties using the website please feel free to email the Membership Department at MEMBERS@schooltheatre.org with your individual website questions.
One thing to check is that you're using the email and password on your troupe director record - the one created by the home office when you became the troupe director at your school - to log in with to access your troupe homepage. Some troupe directors have web guest accounts that are not linked with their troupe records and in those cases the Troupe Business link (in the top right corner of the webpage) won't appear. Feel free to call or email us if you need help remembering your log-in information.
Once you're logged in and click on the Troupe Business link you'll be on your troupe's homepage and can induct students. As Amy Sidwell wrote in her message (Thanks, Amy!) you can then induct students by clicking on the Induct Thespian link. You'll then be able to add new student information or add eligible students to your cart who's information you entered before.
By clicking on View Cart towards the top of the page you can see who you've already entered and the subtotal for your transaction.
We're constantly trying to improve the functionality of the website, and aware that the experience varies throughout the pages. We're working hard to fix these as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've just spent the last hour trying to figure out where I can enter the info for new inductees. I've read the documentation, which tells me to log in to my troupe homepage on schooltheatre.org, which I can do, but I've followed every link to no avail.
