Depends on whether under a union contract or not. If I am, the rates are set by the union. When I hire musicians myself I generally pay them $100 for dress rehearsal and each performance. That is in addition to the conductor/pianist who is paid at an hourly rate.

We try to use as many students as possible, and supplement as needed.  We are fortunate to be able to use local university students who we pay $100 total for three dress rehearsals and three performances.

We hire a full pit (usually 10 to 14 musicians) and pay $80 per service.  Our schedule includes a read-thru with the musical director, a sitz-probe, two dress rehearsals and four performances - for a total of 8 services, or $640/musician for the whole shebang!
