  • 1.  What troupe officer positions do you have?

    Hi everyone. I'm working on recognition item ideas and need your input. I've heard that Webmaster is a common troupe officer position now. I'm thinking about having an officer pin for that in the Thespian Honors catalog.

    Currently we have:
    President
    Vice President
    Secretary
    Treasurer
    Clerk/Scribe

    Do we need to add Webmaster, Historian, or some others?

    Anxious for your input.

    In my troupe, we have a Historian position. In addition to the historian position, we also have a Director of Communications. I am not sure if that is something that other troupes have though!

    In addition to the officers mentioned, we have:

    -Webmasters-
    Person 1- for Facebook//Twitter/social media
    Person 2- for blog/email
    Person 3- for website
    -Historian
    -Mr/Ms Sunshine (in charge of birthdays, troupe celebrations, etc.)
    -Game Leader (in charge of making sure there's a game every meeting)

    At my troupe we have seven officers:
    President
    Vice-President
    Secretary
    Fundraising Chair
    Hospitality Manager
    Historian
    Company Manager

    Hospitality Manager plans all of the "themed" Drama Club meetings as well as the End of Year Awards Banquet.
    Company Manager is in charge of all publicity. I.E. call board, Facebook, ect!
