I began running into the problem of my officers having a lot of good ideas they wanted to bring up and we were spending time debating the details of those ideas. I decided on a spur of the moment thing to create committees for the officer to work on things outside of the meetings. Good news is the kids like it and the class reps can do more in the process. But I want to make sure we have all the committees established soon so we are not making new ones all the time.
