    Hi All!
    Thank you for the responses!  I have made contact with Amy Crane and am getting them from her in Indiana. My Team is very happy that  this forum has come through for us as I am the stage director/ set builder/ lighting designer/ costume-prop designer and the choreographer  and am having shoulder surgery in the middle of our rehearsal process!

    I borrowed Amy Crane's box of phones for our production of BBB in May!  She's so generous, and this forum is a blessing!
