I always one section a year that's (by design) all girls.

There are a few plays I've rotated through a few times, but I'm open to new ideas.  Ideally, I'd like something with 14 to 20 solid speaking parts, so I could double cast.

    Hi Ryan,

Did you get any responses yet?  I once wrote a one-act for 28 actors (message me for more information).  I think all parts could be turned into girls, and the "surprise interracial marriage" at the end could possibly be turned into a "surprise interracial adoption"(?) with a few script tweaks, or if you're ok at your school with gay rights, it could be a "surprise interracial same-sex marriage".

It's only a one-act play though, not full length, but we produced it at a junior high and then went and toured the elementary schools with it, sets and all, so that might be an option for you.

    Just a thought...

    Regards,

    Beth

How I Got That Part by Robert Pridham was a big success and a couple of adaptations of Alice in Wonderland.
