OK...so I've been working on a "Parent production manual" for years in order to give every parent in my department WAY more instructions than they need for those concrete sequential thinkers out there.

I've published this in a google doc

A bunch of it relates just to my program, but if you ever wondered, "How do I get parents to do the work I have to stay up until midnight doing"?

If you have questions, comments, or suggestions on how YOU instruct your helicopter parents in order to give them productive hovering, please reply. I didn't do this by myself and it's better with more ideas.
