At the EdTA Conference next weekend I am presenting a couple of sessions that will show all you amazing theatre teachers out there that you are ALL READY doing everything that Danielson, Marzano and the rest of them (including your administrator) want from you! They just can't always see or understand what you do.
I am going to give you some tools to highlight all the things that theatre does naturally to fulfill the requirements in all of this teacher evaluation craziness!
I'll break it down for understanding, give you some ideas that are easy to do, and we'll discuss conversations with administrators about theatre that create advocacy for you as a teacher and for your students while showing you to be the distinguished teacher that you already are!
