Do you have a way to connect with local community theatres? In Cincinnati, we have a website with a call board for all the local groups where people can post similar requests:

If you aren't able to find it anywhere, I'd record your music director or accompanist playing the score (or ask them to record it on their own at home if rehearsal is too noisy). Then you would still be able to rehearse with the exact music even if they weren't able to make it on a certain night.
