Several of you have asked what was the philosophy/methodology/book that this year's ITO would be using to develop their training.
We are moving away from "teach a book" and moving toward developing a methodology that will be ongoing. We are using the majority of the leadership tenets that are used in
Leadership Challenge.
These authors developed an entire series intended to support student leadership.
Kim Staples and Scott Wilson have tightened the philosophy to help serve us as we grow youth leadership across the country this year.
They will be glad to provide more information.
