Anybody know of some examples of parodies of Shakespeare. There is one from the South Park guys any others? Trying to write one.
Basic premise of Hamlet being bitten by a vampire.

One of my favorite One Acts was Hamlette...where Hamlet is female...super fun parody. I ended it with a tap dancing sword fight with light sabers...by Allison Williams. The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged The Seussification if Rimeo and Juliet Don Zolidis' The Hamlet Thrill-ma-geddon Miss Beth by Don Z as well ------------------------------------------- Glenn Morehouse Olson Theater Teacher, Director St. Francis MN -------------------------------------------

Postcards from Shakespeare is one other potential to look at. Always loved Complete Works abridged, too. The former can have an absolutely enormous cast, the other, only three. Good luck! ------------------------------------------- Phillip Goodchild Valrico FL -------------------------------------------

One of my favorites is Ionesco's "Macbett."
