One Acts for 4 actors/all female but gender swapping OK

Hi, I have scoured ALL youth theatre resources including playscripts, dramatists, Samuel French, etc. searching for a challenging, non-teen-stereotypical one act for 4 young MS/HS ladies. Not much out there... I welcome any suggestions for one-acts or adaptations with strong female protagonists, gender flexible, either comedy or drama or a mix, for a small cast. Our group consists of personalities who are light-hearted and silly to VERY focussed on pursuing theatre for the long-term. A tough mix to please. BTW, we read all scripts as a group so I can get a sense of their potential buy-in before making the final decision. 10 minute plays are fine as well. Your help would be greatly appreciated! Let's write more plays for young ladies!! Thanks!

It's a bit of a tough gender swap but... how about one of the abridged Shakespeare's from Playscripts?

This is an amazing little play. A comedy about the Titanic. I did it for OAP.

Unsinkable | It's April 15th, 1912, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Harland and Claire Wydner-Doyle have just been informed that the ship they're standing on, the unsinkable Titanic, is in fact sinking. Hogwash! Even more ludicrous, Mrs. Wydner-Doyle's lifebelt is quite odorous, and everyone's too busy panicking to bring them a tipple of champagne.

Look at The Most Massive Woman Wins by Playscripts Inc. about 4 adult women with eating disorders.

The Most Massive Woman Wins is a terrific script for mature actors.

Some interesting design possibilities with it as well.

I am doing Selfie right now with 4 actors playing all 8 roles. They have enjoyed making all the selfies that are needed for the show. There are some logistical issues with just 4 actors but I can give you our version that the playwright approved. Very powerful show.

One of my students directed Selfie a couple of years ago.  It was very well received!  It would take some thought but I think you could do it with 4 actors, and we found Bradley Hayward to be fabulous to work with.
