Hello,

I'm looking for a contract or some type of document for a student tech crew who assist with rentals, assemblies and other functions in a High School auditorium or facility. A list of behavior expectations, does and don't, and job responsibilities would also be helpful.    Thank you for sharing if you've created this type of document or know of a source.

Not certain if this has exactly everything you're looking for, but here's my basic Tech 1/2 syllabus. Most of it is a layout of grading policies and expectations, but the last page is a parent and student contract that I feel is pretty airtight.

Hi,

Here is what I send out to my parents. (There is an additional letter that breaks down class activities). I have also attached my documentation form verifying their competence on various tools and systems. They must pass a written test as well as a practical test on the tools/systems.

The returned, signed document, is their first grade.

Here are the competency tests and documents I am currently using. I am reworking the counterweight rigging documents s well as the table saw. Please note, these are accurate to the best of my knowledge and follow manufacturer's and/or OSHA guidelines. However, It is up to the individual teacher to vet them prior to use.
