I think it varies by individual what the perfect sound would be, but I found a couple websites that will let you explore TONS of options:
Pond 5 is royalty free.
Freesound is nice, but the work is licensed, so you do need to get permission from the creator to use it, it looks like they make it easy to do so. I found the sound that I thought worked best for the action you described here:

There's also
Audio Jungle, but they do charge a small fee per sound.
