Hi Kristie! I thought for sure there would be a youtube tutorial that would help you figure this one out, but I have gone through tons and cannot find one that describes the complete process. If you have a little technical know how, you may be able to piece the information together from different ones:
I would not recommend having the actors fall backward out of the chair, but the part about the hinge may give you an idea:
