    Just used the new IE acting forms in 6 hours of judging in GA. I was on the original task force committee to develop. WHAT WE HAVE NOW NEEDS REVISION. Simplicity and more user friendly with assessment terms which align with new standards. I would like committee to look at dome of our earlier versions..and each chapter needs a free uniform computer Tabs program to help with mathematically-challenged judges..need lots of input.

    I completely agree. I used the forms a couple of weeks ago at the Indiana Thespian Conference. The same form was used for Costume Construction and Short Film. These two categories are SO different and the forms really didn't work for either of them. In addition the performance forms do not allow for anything musical. Last year's forms worked, but there was a lack of space for comments. This year, it was difficult to use the scale because the criteria didn't necessarily apply to what was being judged.
