Notability (iOS) - easily annotate on PDFs on an iPad. Great for script notes or sheet music too. $2.99 on the App Store
Stage Write (iOS) - stage blocking documentation app developed by a B'way associate director. Great replacement for blocking books. Not cheap but very handy. $199.00
