I'm curious what professional journals, magazines, and so forth are most recommended for theater teachers (or teachers in general). What's everyone reading?

In addition to EdTA's 'Dramatics' and 'Teaching Theatre,' I also dip into 'American Theatre' (has great opinion articles that I've used successfully in class for discussions and actions), and the British publication 'Teaching Drama' (I read/subscribe through my handy dandy mobile device).

Yes, the EdTA publications are on my shelf. I'm also a member of AATE- the American Alliance for Theatre and Education- if you're not you should check it out! They publish Youth Theatre Journal, which is more scholarship/academic based, but also magazines and emails that tend to gear toward practice. I also subscribe to TCG (American Theatre) to keep up with theatre news as much as possible. Hope this helps!
