It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of the passing of Ray Horne. Ray has been a Chapter Director, Board Member, and a Hall of Fame member in Georgia. We have a scholarship named after him. He is an International Thespian Hall of Fame member. He has been a guest artist and adjudicator for many state conferences. I find myself at a loss for words to describe the impact this man has had in the lives of so many people. He will be missed.
