Maricela de la Luz Lights the World is a children's play but I've seen it done by high school and it was great.  It's a fun play with a great lesson and would definitely draw the families in your community, but it's got enough to keep it interesting for high school students to perform.

Check out the bilingual edition of Aladdin. It's pretty wonderful. MTI handles it.

Have you read Luis Valdez?  He mixes English and Spanish all the way through.  He's not writing for high school per se, but students certainly relate to his plays.  I love "Zoot Suit."
