I have been taking a lot of rehearsal video for "The Three Musketeers" (Ludwig's version). Lots of swordplay choreography, as well as some period dance. The videos have proven invaluable as training tools.
Bought this handy little item: a universal smartphone mount for a tripod. My phone is a fairly large Sony Xperia Z1s, and it happens to shoot spectacular video. I already owned a true tripod, so this adapter has made shooting video super easy. There are three versions. I bought the standard wit the conversion kit, just to "future proof" against a yet bigger phone down the road. Very pleased with the item.
