I can find the judging rubrics for the IEs on the SchoolTheatre.org site.

What I cannot find is "rules" or "guidelines" for the categories -- especially the film category.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Everything can be found on the website. The guide is in the library and all of the guides are in one document, but for the benefit of others, I'll highlight the path (although you can also just click directly on the link):

• schooltheatre.org home page: PROGRAMS
• NATIONAL INDIVIDUAL EVENTS
• NATIONAL INDIVIDUAL EVENTS LIBRARY link (above the picture)
• NATIONAL INDIVIDUAL EVENTS GUIDE - You can download the link or view it online.
  • The short film is on page 21 of 24.
• If you want to see the rubrics, they are in the same library (just choose if you want letter size or legal).
