    While there are indeed great thorough resources out there, for those in the thick of it but short on time and hungry for the basics, Teaching Tech You Never Learned and Theatre Safety Guide are available in cyber form, and will get you started on the right track.

    Tech books, There is a really good one for Scenic Painting called Painting for Performance by Sean O'Skea. You can find it on Amazon. He was our instructor for the fabulous Teachers Training for Scenic Painting course we have here every summer. It's a one week course.  Lots of people have taken and loved it, you could too! Check it out on the cobaltstudios.net website and learn all about it.
