Hello!
I am trying to find a short play I used years ago that featured a mother/son scene where the mother is trying to get her son to act like an adult and get a job. It starts humorously but develops into a more serious play with the mother revealing at the end that she's worried about him because she is dying. Does that sound like anything you might have read or seen? I swear it was in a collection of short plays, but for the life of me, I can't find it now.
