    Troupe Directors,

    Due to extremely high call and email volume to the Member Service Center thanks to the skyrocketing induction numbers you and your students are bringing in every single day, response time may be delayed longer than usual. We are doing our best to respond to you as quickly as possible, but it may take two business days or more to receive a response right now. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. It's a problem we have not had in more than two years and that's a very good thing for the health of your programs and the health of the International Thespian Society as a whole.

    We are aware of issues that some members have experienced with the Import Student Roster feature and its impact on the induction process. We are working with our vendor to troubleshoot these issues to restore functionality as quickly as possible. We expect to have this resolved ASAP. In the meantime, it is still possible to add students to your troupe's roster individually and induct them through the Thespian Society Induction button on the left-hand menu of the Personal Snapshot page when you login.

    REMINDER: as of April 1, we no longer offer rush service (aka expedited processing and shipping) on induction materials. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from the date of your order.

    If you need support from the Membership team, please email MEMBERS@schooltheatre.org. You can also text us at 513.421.3900. Calling the Service Center is not recommended right now due to the high call volume we are experiencing.

    Please remember that there are human beings who are on the other end of that phone/email working very hard to ensure your needs are met during this busy time for everyone.

    ***UPDATE AS OF 5:00PM ET, 5/4/22***

    The Import Student Roster functionality is fixed and available on the left-hand menu of your Community Hub Personal Snapshot page:

    Please click the Import Student Roster button to add new students to your troupe roster. Eligible students must be in grades 6-12 only. NOTE: This step does not induct students.

    After saving the roster template locally to your computer, add student information in rows 3 and above, delete row 2 entirely so there is no blank row, and then SAVE the .csv file locally to your computer before uploading. We are seeing a lot of errors as a result of unsaved .csv files that are being uploaded as the same blank template that you downloaded. You must save the file with all of the student information entered into the spreadsheet.

    Once you complete this step, then click on Thespian Society Induction to add eligible students from your troupe roster for induction. The student names should be available almost instantaneously after you've imported the roster for induction.
