Hi Eve! If you click on the individual's name, it should take you to their profile page, where you will see an email address under their profile picture. If an email address does not appear, they have hidden their email address and do not wish to be contacted by email.

Another option is to message them within the Community platform. On their profile page, look under their name and you should see the option "Add as Contact" and a button right next to it that looks like this "…" Click on the "…" button and you will see an option to "Send message."

Note that members also have a choice to hide that function as well, so if it does not appear, they do not wish to be contacted privately.
