I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with this functionality.
The most common issue we find with this process is not keeping the Excel sheet formatted exactly as the template provided. The next most common issue is not providing unique email addresses for each student. Some teachers, due to student privacy restrictions at their school, will provide a generic or same email for each student. That will cause the import process to fail as each student must have a unique email.
