Many of us have had objections to a proposed show. EdTA and Howard Sherman has resources if a show is stopped. Hooray.
My question addresses best practices 'before a show is censored."
What is your advice? Do you submit scripts to administrators for season approval? Do you stay away from shows which might be considered as "pushing the envelope?" Do you have a community advisory board? Does your V&PA Department have a policy in place?
It would be helpful to hear from those who have excellent general advice?
