It's so hard for a student to get up have to teach kids their own age. As an STO we are asked to teach class at leadership/Tech Conference. After you teach everyone always say I did a good job, but deep down I always feel I didn't. Then you start rehearsal for your play and you hear one of the methods you used in your class and they are using it like you said. That is the best feeling ever to know that someone learned something from you. As a student leader we can change our fellow Thespians life’s.
