Once the meeting is over, the video is processed and saved to your selected location (local hard drive in the case of free or basic accounts). Then you can do whatever you like with it. Do you have a way to check the mic cable between the crown mic and the console (or stage input, where ever you are plugging it in)? Is it possible that cable is bad? I also agree about Phantom Power.
