I have a friend I am posting for... So I ordered the one-act version of Don Zolidis' 10 Ways to Survive Life in Quarantine last week (1/4). We paid for the virtual cast script, 2 performances, and the video archival rights. However, we underestimated how many kids would audition and be interested. ...

I know for my area of the country, we simply don't have the option of hiring someone who actually has technical theatre training. We haven't even gotten to the pay discussion with our administration - it's a mute point because those people simply aren't around. I can't think of a school in my area that ...

Depending on the show, I have a casting committee, so there are multiple people involved with the scoring. Each casting committee member inputs ...

I have done TWELVE ANGRY JURORS multiple times and every time I have done it in the round. I don't think you really have to do anything special with this piece. There are very few blocking problems. I actually think it would be much more problematic to do in a proscenium approach. It works very well ...

We did the show a number of years ago. I can't claim credit for this - the director of the show came up with a great way to deal with this. We had the pickets mounted on 2 nails (one on top and one on the bottom - or a rod through the picket). One side was dirty and the other was 'whitewashed'. The boys ...
