She inspired over a hundred middle school students with her incredible stories and "virtual applause". If any of you need a speaker, you should definitely see if she can help you out! https://www ...

First thing I would suggest is working with the middle schools to start troupes. It sounds like it would greatly benefit these students. Middle school Thespians are able to take their middle school points and apply half of them towards high school membership. If that is impossible, since you are ...

If you are asking between the two— I would say Mamma Mia solely because the movie just came out. While Newsies might be more popular in the theatre world, in pop culture- Mamma Mia wins it. You will probably make a killing. Break a leg! --------------------------------- Carolyn Little High School ...

We did Aida a few years back. Some people still say it was the best show we ever did. When I announced it, the kids weren’t too excited because they didn’t know it. Once they read the script and listened to the music, they were hooked. It is s beautiful story that left audience members crying. Good luck ...

Have any of you booked group flights through Delta? My final payment for ITF was due today. I kept calling all day and kept sitting on hold for 20+ minutes, so then I would hang up. I totally forgot about calling again until an hour ago. I called Delta and of course, groups is closed. I get some ...

I always have a ton of girls and barely any guys lol. Over the last four years we have done Addams, Bring It On, 9 to 5 and Legally Blonde. Bring It On would be an amazing challenge as it involves cheerleading and hip hop dancing. Legally Blonde has a huge jump roping scene. --------------------------------- ...

I did Bring it On last year. I loved the show and we had great success with it. The biggest challenge was cheerleading. I’ll be the first to admit that I did not think cheerleading was a sport. Until now. It’s a CHALLENGING sport!!!!!! I hired a cheer coach to work on the routines with our choreographer. ...

We just closed it. We actually did it at NJ ThesFest for chapter select and got such a good response that we created The Good Kids Project. Then we toured it over the state. We had 1 parent complaint but our BOE backed us since it is based on a true story and is about high school kids. We agreed to ...

I just did this with Addams Family. We had Living Props. In some scenes they were graveyard statues, others they were living portraits and knight statues. One was the monster under the bed. One was Cleopatra Morticia’s plant. They also all played trees. If you email me, I can send you pics of their costumes. ...
