Hello all -

Can anyone think of a song from a musical that fits the general sentiment of missing being with friends or family, looking forward to being reunited, etc.? Anything along these lines might work:

- missing you
- back where we belong
- thinking about you
- hold tight, we’re almost there
- can’t wait to see you again
- where have you been?
- see you soon
- some day soon
- just hold on, we’ll get there
- stay positive
- sunny days ahead
- things are getting better
- we’re on our way

A lot of the “missing you” kinds of songs are either romantic in nature, or mournful. We want something more platonic and hopeful
:-)

Once we find a title or two I’ll explore what it would take to get the rights to sing it, which will in turn affect how we could perform it. I think my kids just want to have an outlet for these feelings.
