Hello All!

I am looking for a template or suggestions of a "performance contract" I can give to my cast for their participation in our upcoming Spring Musical.  I'm looking for a way to impart the importance of their commitment and help them to understand that everyone is important to the success of the production, not just the leads.  I am also looking for a way to hold them accountable for their participation as a whole and not just "showing up" when it's time for their part to rehearse.  I am requiring both the student AND their parent to sign on the dotted line, so to speak.  Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Attached is a copy of our contract for this winter's Fiddler.
Through the years it has become very detailed. I truly wish it would be a short "I will respect the process and uphold my responsibilities in order for an excellent, group effort on this show," but loopholes have proven to be both aggravating and exhausting. We spell it all out to parents and students, as you can see. We review it before each show to edit for additional items that may have arisen. FYI - our program is strictly extra-curricular. No class is involved and no grade may be held as incentives!

No one is considered for casting until both forms are submitted.
