Just another bit I found from a musical theatre group I'm in:
Biggest difference is the opening number which was originally half as long. Also the opening of act 2 is massively shorter and the end of act one is pretty different.
There are alternative keys for the dentist songs - the Broadway revival was higher than the original.
There's also a tango in "Mushnik and Son" that was not in the original, and the key is different.
Some of the urchins music has been beefed up.
