  • 1.  Painting windows on plywood

    Can someone give me the best colors and techniques to paint or create windows on plywood. There is no possibility for backlighting to make it look like daylight, and I don't need to paint an exterior scene behind the windows. Thanks.

    Here is one of the non-working windows on our 12 Angry Jurors Set.  The backing is a blend of gray, white and light blue painted on poster board to simulate sky, the window "glass" is a drop ceiling light fixture cover, the "window" is foam and then the whole thing is trimmed.  While looking a little rough up close, it reads very well from the audience.
